Lakeview Estate is a 389-lot residential subdivision in Gatton, Queensland, spread across approximately seven stages, bordering Lake Apex and located just 2 km from the CBD. Barcon is currently providing development management for Stage 1A (67 lots) and is leading the consultant team to deliver the operational works and construction approvals.

This project is a 9-lot rural-residential subdivision in Kalbar. There are 9 lots available in the town of Kalbar in the Scenic Rim. These lots are 4,000+ sqm and all have stunning views of Mount French and surrounding mountains. The lots are only minutes from the Kalbar town centre, and a short drive to Boonah.
This new Sewer Pump Station involves all civil works for the installation of a new Unity Water Sewer Pump Station. The scope includes associated sewer and stormwater connections, as well as the construction of a concrete driveway, landscaping, and perimeter fencing to complete the site works.
